As a member of ActionBOARD, we want you to reach your targets and goals. You will be setting specific goals each month with each member sharing issues and challenges and having them worked on by the Board. The result - your results will be fast tracked. This process ensures that, instead of learning from your mistakes, you get to learn from the cumulative experience of all your Board Members.

Remove yourself from isolation

Being a business owner is lonely. But being a member of ActionBOARD allows you to meet with like-minded business owners facing much the same challenges you are. It is your confidential forum to discuss your business and help reduce the stress associated with your level of responsibility. And it isn't just at Board Meetings where you get to intereact; you'll have access to your Board and its Chair when you need it most.

How do you take your business to the next level?

Let's face it, your business is where it is today because of the sum total of your efforts, knowledge and commitment. But to get your business to a whole new level requires different inputs from you as the owner. And you will be given the real picture of what is happening in other businesses so that you can form an accurate opinion about your performance in the market place. You see, you will be operating in a 'safe' environment where each and every Board Member will walk your through their situations so that you can improve your performace. They know and understand the principle of giving to receive. And because your ActionBOARD offers industry specific exclusivity, you can do so without fear.

Ongoing Support

Apart from the powerful contacts you will make with other ActionBOARD members, you also get to attend ActionCOACH's GrowthCLUB each quarter for free. This is a powerful full-day workshop focused on producing a comprehensive results-oriented 90-Day Plan that is designed to get your business where you want it to be in three months time. You and your team also get to attend our monthly workshops like PhoneRICH, SalesRICH, TeamRICH, ServiceRICH, and more.

What is your level of commitment?

Your commitment to the program is to attend at least 10 of the 12 ActionBOARD meetings each year and to uphold the Board's Code of Conduct. Each Board Member is also required to sign a confidentiality agreement with all the other members.

Who can join ActionBOARD?

Membership is by invitation only and is made up of between 8 and 12 business owners from non competiting idustries. Board Members are accepted only after receiving the approval of all existing members of that particular ActionBOARD.

There are three levels of membership to choose from:

• Silver ActionBOARD - Businesses who have less than $750,000 in annual revenue and similar team and business structure.
• Gold ActionBOARD - Businesses who have between $750,000 and $5,000,000 in annual revenue and similar team and business structure.
• Platinum ActionBOARD - Businesses who have greater than $5,000,000 in annual revenue with similar team and business structure.

ActionBOARD Code of Conduct

1. Confidentiality and Respect - The Board agrees to respect each other treat all Members with professionalism, courtesy and act loyally and in good faith. All Members will demonstrate personal integrity, reliability and maintain total confidentiality. Members will not criticize fellow Board Members or their opinions in or out of the boardroom. Members will not discuss confidential proceedings outside the boardroom.
2. Active Participation - All members agree to attend at least 10 of the 12 monthly board meetings and where attendance is nto possible, Members will submit an apology. Members agree to participate actively and work cooperatively with fellow Members to achieve agreed goals. Members agree to prepare for every board meeting in advance and provide value to fellow Members on the Board.
3. Commitment - Members agree to be 100% committed to the success of their own and fellow Members businesses on the Board.
4. Knowledge - Members agree to share their business knowledge to the best of their ability with other Members. All members understand that in order to grow, they must consistently learn and master skill sets. Members are committed to ongoing and open-minded learning.
5. Non-Competitive - Members agree not to enter into competitive business with any fellow member of the Board.
6. Success - Members focus thoughts and actions on successful outcomes for all fellow Members.
7. Prosperity - Members understand that the ultimate purpose as Members is to be prosperous in every area of their lives. Members agree to be committed to this vision and hold themselves and fellow Members accountable so that all Members have the opportunity to achieve abundance and balance in their lives.
